Using state-of-the-art equipment Star City will provide comprehensive data detailing the actual (measured) coverage footprint of your radio system and show how the actual coverage compares to what was predicted.

Initiating warranty repair and/or return actions

Perform maintenance on trunking repeaters in accordance with manufacturer specifications

Authorize, assign, activate users, user identification numbers (ID), and talk-groups

Create and maintain P25/OpenSky/EDACS databases

Monitor and maintain site routers, switches, and network equipment

System software uploads

System Acceptance Test Plan(ATP) execution
